Judge Posner has thrown out the whole case in the on- yet again, off- again Apple versus Motorola dispute. Citing that neither side was capable to produce any real damages, both sides have been sent packing. The case has been in jeopardy for various weeks now, and Posner has previously dismissed the jury trial that was requested. The trial that commenced way back in 2010, lengthy ahead of Google came into the picture, is lastly finished.
